At CaniParc16 we do our best to keep our field a fun, safe & secure place for all. To help us maintain CaniParc16 we ask you to respect the terms below and always bear our other visitors (dog & human alike!) in mind.

Use of CaniParc16

We ask you to follow the below guidelines in the park

Field rental

You can rent the field exclusively for your dog or dogs or with a group of friends, join a two hour play session for friendly sociable dogs to meet and play with others off lead, hourly half day/full day rates available for clubs and associations

Time management

Bookings start on the hour and last 55 minutes. The final 5 minutes of your booking slot used to retrieve your dog and put into your vehicle allowing the next dog to enter at their allotted time. Please try not to arrive too early for your session causing potential stress to other field users and leave promptly at your sessions end. Please do not exercise your dog outside the secure field area. All dogs must be kept on a lead until safely inside the enclosed field.

Using the field

We will meet all first time users to complete paperwork and explain procedures. The field has a double bubble entry system secured on the first gate by a padlock. At time of booking you will be given a code to a key box in order to retrieve the padlock key. Please do not give the code to anyone else, it will be regularly changed. On leaving the field please make sure you lock the gate and place the key back into the lock box. The viewing cabin and toilets will be opened at the beginning of each business day, simply ensure that all lights are turned off and doors shut at the send of your session.

Dog poop

Dog poop MUST BE where possible collected by you, put into a bag and then into the dog waste bin, there will always be surplus bags in the viewing cabin if needed. Please do not mix general rubbish in the dog waste bin, there are recycling and household bins inside the viewing cabin.

To keep CaniParc16 safe and stop the spread of disease you must follow the below terms

Dog health & vaccinations

Please ensure that your dogs are adequately vaccinated and wormed to use a public place, proof of vaccinations must be provided. Do not bring your dog to the field if they or any other pets in your household are or have been unwell during the past 48 hours, please be respectful of other pets and their owners. Your household insurance must include responsibility civil should your dog cause injury to others. Never leave dogs unattended in the field. Harsh handling of dogs, either verbal or physical is not allowed. Dog trainers working with clients will only be allowed by prior arrangement.

At your own risk

You agree that use of the field is at your own risk and that you will not hold CaniParc 16 responsible for any injury to you, your family or dogs arising from the use of the field or viewing cabin. CaniParc 16 accepts no liability for any losses, damages, costs, expenses or other liability incurred whilst on site. Yours and your dog’s behavior and actions are your sole responsibility, no claim or claims can be made against CaniParc 16. We will inspect the fencing regularly for holes or other damage, should you see any damage please inform us immediatley, we cannot however take responsibility for any dog escaping, jumping, or breaking through a defect in the fence, please check perimetre at the beginning of your session.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded or the session can be rescheduled. We will not refund if less than 24 hours notice is given unless due to an emergency or extreme weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if the weather conditions are too severe or if we have to close the field for any other reason, should this occur we will do our best to contact you giving as much notice as possible, you will be refunded or given a credit to rebook as a priority.
